Days away from the October 2nd election, the New Orleans Recreation Political Action Committee created two new radio advertisements featuring chief advocates, City Council President Arnie Fielkow and Roy Glapion, co-chair of the NORD Citizens Advisory Panel. Urging New Orleanians to vote for the reformation of NORD, these two radio advertisements follow others that featured Deuce McAllister, Reverend Skip Alexander, Mayor Mitch Landrieu and musicians Stephanie Jordan and Phillip Manuel.
