September 23, 2010 – New Orleans, LA – The 12th Annual Crimestoppers Carnivale will be held at Blaine Kern’s Mardi Gras World on Saturday, October 9, 2010 and Patron Party will be held at Gallier Hall on Thursday, October 7, 2010. Please help make this event a success by becoming a sponsor. All levels are available from major sponsorships to purchasing a table for your business, family or friends. For your contribution, your company name will be listed in the Carnivale brochure along with signage recognition at the event.
Crimestoppers is the only organization that provides a means for citizens to report crimes anonymously. The Crimestoppers’ “hotline” had a significant impact on crime prevention in our community. Since inception in 1982, Crimestoppers has assisted law enforcement in solving over 10,600 violent crimes, with over $1,550,000 in cash rewards paid – all done with information from their hotline!
Without the generous donations from individuals and corporations, the reward program would not be possible.
