New Orleans City Council has a purr-fect start to its Thursday meeting
July 21, 2011 – Times Picayune - A feline army briefly overtook the New Orleans City Council chamber Thursday morning as the cast of the Anthony Bean Community Theater’s production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s award-winning musical “Cats” performed select numbers from the show, which runs through July 31 at the South Carrollton Avenue stage.
